RR’s Role as Business Development Executive are responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity­ based sales quotas. As Business Development Executive we will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets. RR will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on your business interactions with prospects.

Ragone Resources created this unique Platform because it understands the 5 core concepts of customer a vetted purchaser of fuel on the open and closed markets. 5 core customer and marketplace concepts are; (1) needs, wants, and demands, ease and speed of execution (2) market offerings such as products, services, and experiences, (3) value, satisfaction, and quality (4) exchange, transactions, and relationships, and (5) global markets.

“Commodity Consulting Platform Partners, has relationships worldwide direct to source providers where deals are realized by direct to draft contract pre procedurally. This means when a client is accepted to the platform, we will shop within our exclusive network of direct global providers for the absolute lowest offering prices that only a platform like ours can provide. Our platform will then provide to the vetted buyer of fuel a draft contract with price and procedure and IF agreed, the transaction will streamline to completion no hassles with complicated documentary flow clogs generated by third party brokers. This platform opportunity is direct from source to purchaser.

Only documents realized will be the initial KYC and the Contracts that’s it! NOTE KYC and contract signatories MUST BE THE SAME any attempts to switch at time of contract signing will be subject to immediate registration AND rejection.

Dr. William W. Ragone
Principal Member

Dr. Ragone is a retired (disability) Dentist who completed his training and residency, as Administrative Chief Resident in Youngstown Ohio, Level 1 Trauma Facility. A native New Yorker and equal parts Miami, Dr. Ragone studied abroad at a Medical and Dental University internationally and is fluent in Spanish. He retired from his career in 2010 and returned to his passion of entrepreneurship in creating revenue streams for private investments. Dr. Ragone is also Founder and Principle of ORTUM CAPITAL a trade facility with two subsidiary companies, CEO of Quaternus Development Capital (QDC) for international operations and PRPF for domestic operations. RR is a SPV for funding investments with OC and its various operations globally. Through the years Dr. Ragone has mastered the art of Business Development as Corporate Liaison globally. His unique ability to master risk assessment and critical thinking gives him the competitive and professional edge in all realms of business startups structuring and deal flow. Hence the motto of the company is: Ragone Resources "OUR NETWORK WORKS ALL THE TIME". A true homage to RR's dedication to put professional, fare and transparent deals and structuring together with integrity.

Dr. Ragone's current positions include : Founder and Principle of Ortum Capital, CEO of Quaternus Development Capital,  Principle at PRPF, Principal at Ragone Resources (NY), , Managing Partner at Commodity Consulting Platform Partners (CCPP).

Personally, Dr. Ragone resides in Long Island NY and enjoys his family including his attorney wife and two children. Dr. Ragone is a community leader as a former Football Coach to his son's youth league and Nassau County Police Athletic League Youth Lacrosse Coach, as well as a Church Leader on the service leadership team. Dr. Ragone is the Cigar Rights of America (DC) Ambassador of New York #279 and a registered Donation Center of Cigars for Warriors (donations for current forward deployed USA military personnel).

Dr. Ragone is active in local politics in the roll as an independent Political Consultant and has worked on three campaigns to date.
